Shipping Policy

Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at the checkout. Processing times are how long it usually takes us to arrange the product and get it ready for delivery, whereas, shipping time is the estimated time it takes the products to reach the customer.

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once you make a purchase, we would send you your receipt. After processing your order, we shall send you another email confirming the shipment of your product. This email confirmation would also contain a tracking number so that you can track how far away your product is from you! You should receive your product within 3-5 business days of your shipment email.

It may be likely that the order is processed sooner than the estimated time which can also result in faster delivery times. However, due to uncertainty, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping the order, for example, due to problems in the postal service, or due to high volume orders. During the COVID-19 phase, it may be likely that processing and shipping times are slightly longer than usual due to unprecedented times, however, we will try to avoid such situations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (by clicking on the tracking number, you would be directed to the Royal Mail site). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@villheirr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
